My Ideas
Most Importantly
At a time of distrust and misinformation, it is important we find a way to band together. I believe Citizen Action Committees are the answer. To start across the Country, would be incredibly challenging, starting here in Buffalo is attainable. By creating new and innovative ways to allow one to spread and share their ideas, empower their voices, offer them local communal security, recreate how news is generated and give us a chance to stabilize and unify our neighborhoods and communities. The networking, bonding, communal activities and endless potential of every committee is limitless. The representatives we have do not collectively have a chance to represent us fairly, nor do they.
- Create an open Enrollment Work Program
-with contracts for months, weeks and days to provide unlimited opportunity for everybody.
- Rebuilding Delaware park,
-Expanding the Zoo. Giving the Buffalos what they deserve: space. We can easily, and more affordably build and mange a magnificent Par 3 or 9 course, while giving the precious animals, we have been gifted, a beautiful landscape. We can build a bridge that allows the Delaware Loop to continue, while offering an incredible view just walking over, boosting tourism and local atmosphere.
- Reconnect our parks
While an underground tunnel for cars sounds modern, I believe the constant waste we are contributing to daily, needs to be addressed and reconfigured, before any positive change comes from a tunnel. The Beauty that was once all around Buffalo, should be brought back, not recovered. We should be removing highways and fences to give people more access to open managed and unmanaged park space.
- Remove the I-90
-Bring REAL life to the west side, by bringing a way to the water. Bring Buffalo Back a Blustering city.
- Food Banks
-Open several food banks to provide security to our most vulnerable communities.
- Citizens Relief Tax
-Immediate relief tax for citizens of Buffalo, who shop and choose to local vendors and serviceman.
- DreamCenters
-Bring real value to raw materials and recyclables. Bring endless opportunity through creative and innovative ways.
Besides fixing potholes and bringing auto sensor traffic lights, to smooth traffic flow, I want to do much more. I will be fighting to abolish the 40 hour work week, create safe and simple community oriented programs and events and much more.
With my experience, I believe we as a people can contribute and serve each other FAR more efficiently than we are.
