Normally I write on Friday nights, but it is nice not to rush before bed. This week was mostly one of rest. Canvassing and running for office is exhausting and it takes focus away from regular life. This week allowed me a moment to catch up.

With the political climate growing more intense, I believe our greatest line of defense is to build citizens action committees on every corner in America, where leaders are chosen from every block to guarantee a fair say in the legislative and judiciary processes.
